A Philadelphia, the Mummers are groups of dedicated musicians who entertain the city residents at the annual Mummers' parade on New Year's Day. On any other day throughout the year, a Mummers band will perform at parties, fund raisers, weddings, and community events. This group came to a picnic in a small beach town in New Jersey.
