To create is to produce through artistic or imaginative effort. To make is to bring into existence by shaping, modifying, or putting together material.

Welcome

I am a creator and a maker. As far back as I can remember, creating and making have been consistent activities whether they were making greeting cards for family, sewing clothes for my dolls, or painting and drawing. To take something that started from an idea and work on it to a finished item is incredibly satisfying. The path to completion is usually not quick nor a straight line progression but one that meanders with starts, stops, pitfalls, errors, rises and falls. During the process, there are snags. It is in the snags that I discover solutions to a problem. I enjoy figuring out the how and why when creating.
